Don is not only my personal trainer but my friend, Don gave me the belief and confidence to push forward in my life. Without Don teaching me and pushing me even when I didn't think I could keep going, I'm not sure what I would have done!

The training sessions are good fun. Don has a very positive attitude - and that really helps to keep me motivated. He is great at suggesting a wide variety of exercises to help with what I need and adapts his exercises so that each session has the right level of challenge.

I think one of the most important things is that Don is genuinely a nice person and always goes beyond what you expect of him. Don made sure that everything he included in my workout routine took into account my back injury from a car accident, so I built upon exercises from my physio and added some new ones without aggravating this injury. He also took into account the limited time I had to exercise daily, so that I could manage the workout realistically. 

 

Don is very friendly, knowledgeable and not at all intimidating, so you feel you can be honest about what you can and cannot do without him judging you. I would certainly recommend using Don to anyone who wants to improve their fitness.

It was amazing to be shown how to properly do a sit up after all these years of doing them wrong!
